There are tons of options available for you to draw your own personal robot.  Use the handouts, watch the video to create your one of kind robot.  Try drawing one on your own without using the handouts. If you look at all the handouts they are just made of shapes...circles...ovals...rectangles and squares!  Once you have it drawn replicate it using cardboard...or tape together more paper to make it life size!  Have fun...and send me those pics of your finished art!   MISS YOU!

I Can Statement

  • Today I will learn about COMBINING BASIC SHAPES, so that I CAN create a ROBOT by drawing and connecting basic shapes like circles, rectangles and trapezoids.

  • Today I will learn about SYMMETRY, so that I CAN draw a ROBOT that is SYMMETRICAL by drawing both sides of the robot the same.
